Rolfing is named after its founder, Dr. Ida P. Rolf, Rolfing® Structural Integration is a form of bodywork that reorganizes the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeate the entire body.

Holistic hands-on therapy for people in pain

Car accidents, sports injuries, surgeries, repetitive movements—even that demanding desk job—can cause discomfort and pain that makes life miserable. Unresolved pain can interfere with your sleep, your relationships and your favorite activities, like bike riding with your kids, puttering in your garden, or picking up a friendly game of pickleball.

Pain isn’t a condition you should have to suffer through. Rolfing® can help.

Hi I'm Skyelore

As a certified Rolfer®, I can help you decrease chronic pain, improve grace of movement and experience more freedom in your body by getting to the root cause of your pain—not just chasing symptoms.

I discovered the benefits of Rolfing after a car crash left me with debilitating whiplash. The therapy helped with my pain and it restored my health, increased my energy and improved my posture. I look forward to showing you how Rolfing can make a difference in your life too!

What is Rolfing?

Rolfing® is a specialized hands-on, bodywork therapy that takes a structural, integrative approach to resolving pain from head to toe. Unlike massage therapy, I assess the body’s alignment, mobility and flexibility to determine how to best address the pain.

By releasing stiffness and tension in the body’s connective tissues, called fascia, Rolfing helps you experience greater mobility, athletic performance, flexibility and alignment, and stress reduction.

Is Rolfing right for you?

From Olympic ice skating extraordinaire Michelle Kwan and NBA superstar Charles Barkley to U.S. Paralympic gold medal skier Sarah Will, professional athletes have long sung the praises of Rolfing to enhance their agility and performance and manage aches and pains that come with repetitive motion.
