Service Description
Pain in one part of the body is often rooted in another part of the body. This special series is ideal for you if you’re tired of chronic pain interfering with your life and ready to experience lasting results. The Rolfing 10 Series is an integrated Rolfing treatment plan designed to help you: -Get to the root cause of pain -Restore balance and movement -Reverse age-related aches, pains and stiff joints -Relieve stress by calming the nervous system -Enhance overall performance and flexibility With each session building onto the next, the 10 Series will help you achieve harmony across your body and the freedom to move with greater ease, balance and grace. Sessions 1-3: Stabilize. From breath work to the hips, feet, sides, and shoulders, these sessions focus on releasing restrictions in the superficial fascia of the body to help establish freedom of movement and a new sense of ease. Sessions 4-7: Unwind. By freeing restrictions in the deep fascia, including the inner line of the legs, pelvis, spine, neck and head, we restore natural mobility and balance. Session 8-10: Integrate. Now that we’ve established structural alignment in the body, it’s time to help your body integrate the changes for lasting results. During these sessions, we revisit areas where the body is still holding tension to achieve the highest level of order and balance. During your sessions, dress to your level of comfort, which can range from a bra/underwear and shorts to light, comfortable clothing that’s easy to move around in. Rolfing is mostly done on a table, but may also be done seated and standing.
Cancellation Policy
I value your business and ask that you please notify me at least 24 hours in advance of any cancellation. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
